Illustrator Paul Sharp was born and raised in Indiana, where imaginations find room to grow. He drew and drew, all the way to Pittsburgh, PA, where he graduated from the Art Institute.
Paul has been freelancing for over ten years, after working as Art Director for Random House and Curtis Publishing.
His characters appear on brand name packaging, paper products, children's books, editorial pieces, ads, games and interactive media.
Paul collaborates on many projects with his wife, designer/author Alice Sharp. Alice graduated from Herron School of Art in Indianapolis, and worked as Creative Director for Creative Expressions Party Goods.
Paul and Alice have illustrated over a dozen children's books. Their own "Humphrey Suits Himself" by inchworm press, features a shy elephant, a preppy giraffe, and a dancing hippo couple.
